1. About Magora

These terms apply to purchases from getmagora.com and use of our store. Magora is operated by GT Scale Commerce LLC, 30 N Gould St #6543, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support.magora@gmail.com.

2. Placing an order

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment details. Check the items, quantities, total price and delivery address before confirming payment. We email an order confirmation after checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

3. Prices, payment and offers

The currency and total payable, including applicable taxes collected by us, are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free to destinations we serve. Payment must be authorized using a method offered at checkout. Discounts and bundle offers apply according to the conditions displayed when you purchase. Free gifts have no separate cash value. We will not add a charge without your authorization.

If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected offer or cancel for a refund. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation, including processing and transit, unless a different estimate is clearly disclosed before payment. See our shipping policy for tracking, delays and missing parcels.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts on delivery. Returns and exchanges are free. Read our return and refund policy for the procedure. To cancel or change an order, email us promptly. Once dispatched, the return procedure may apply.

6. Product information and care

Product descriptions, materials and included items are shown on the product page. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your product. Contact us if an item is defective or does not match your order. Your mandatory rights for defective or nonconforming goods remain unaffected.

7. Website use

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security or misuse another person's information. The store's original text, images, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use beyond personal browsing or purchasing requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, including by Shopify and service providers supporting the store.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. Please contact us about a problem so we can work toward a resolution. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
